01Delivery areas
We deliver to every city in Saudi Arabia, including marinas and coastal resorts on the Red Sea and the Arabian Gulf.
02Shipping methods and times
You choose a shipping method at checkout:
- DEEPBLUE white-glove board delivery: 2 to 4 days, with a scheduled slot and a first-ride walkthrough
- Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days via SMSA or Aramex
- Express shipping: next day in Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province
- Showroom pickup: within 24 hours
03Shipping fees
Delivery is free on all orders within the Kingdom, except express shipping, which costs 95 SAR.
04Battery shipping
Lithium batteries ship by ground under dangerous-goods transport rules, and may arrive in a separate shipment from the board.
05Receiving and inspection
Inspect the shipment before you sign. If you notice any damage to the box, photograph it, tell the courier, and let us know within 48 hours.
06Delays
If your order runs late, we’ll tell you the reason and the new date on WhatsApp. You can follow your order at any time on the order tracking page.
