03Prices and payment

Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT. We may change prices; the price that applies is the one at the time your order is confirmed.

04Safe use

Electric boards are motorised sports equipment. By using them, you agree to:

• Follow the user manual and safety instructions
• Wear a life jacket and the wireless safety lanyard
• Follow the rules of the beach or marina operator
• Not let minors ride without supervision

05Limitation of liability

We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, ignoring safety instructions, or modifying the product.

06Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and the Consumer Protection Law.
